(1) The Head of the Province shall exercise the powers and duties conferred upon him in accordance with this Constitution or the law.
(2) When exercising the right or performing the duty according to sub-section (1), except for the work which is clearly stipulated that it will be done on the recommendation of any body or official according to the constitution or law, any other work performed by the head of the province shall be done with the recommendation and consent of the provincial council of ministers. Such recommendation and consent will be submitted through the Chief Minister.
(3) In accordance with sub-section (2), the decision or order made in the name of the head of the province and the certification of the related authority shall be in accordance with the provincial law.
